DOPE Couture Unveils Tupac-Inspired M-O-B Tie-Back Cap

Los Angeles-based boutique/brand, Dope Couture, are set to release a unique Tupac-inspired cap this week, dubbed the M-O-B snapback/tie-back.
The DOPE M-O-B hat is created on black snapback foundation, but with a banadana tie-back closure used instead of the standard snapbacks you see. On the front is an Old English style font that reads “DOPE” in capital letters.
The brand says everyone on the cap is custom, down to the hand-drawn paisley-print bandana.
“Nothing is original, in essence. It is adding to that essence that creativity can sprout forth in progressive, original ways,” a rep for DOPE explained. “From street corners to the catwalk, the blending of bandanas around hats has seen many unique pairings, but never merged into a single form… until now.”
The M-O-B tie-back drop in limited quantities of 100 pieces on Thursday (July 12) at Dope Couture’s Los Angeles (454 North Fairfax Ave., Los Angeles, CA) and Bloomington, IN (6267 Carrolton Ave., Indianapolis, IN) retail locations, and online at DopeCouture.com.
